New surplus is material that has never been used. Some of our material is new from the manufacturer.

Their material will be put back on the shelf and sold later as new. Our material is labeled as new surplus and sold at a greatly reduced price.

What is the warranty on the products DCW carries?

Because the products have never been used, the manufacturer stands behind their products as long as it has not been defaced or altered. They will replace the product according to the original warranty of all new parts. However, DCW also stands behind the products that we sell. You can be confident that DCW, together with the original manufacturer, will warranty any product you purchase from us, as long as it has not been defaced or altered in any way.
